About the Project
Rooman Technologies is executing a Skill Development Project at Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Odisha, aimed at training final-year engineering and computer science students to become industry-ready professionals.
We are hiring passionate and technically strong Technical Trainers in the following domains:

Technical Trainer Full Stack (Web & App Development)
Key Technical Areas:
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- React / Angular
- Node.js / Express / Spring Boot
- RESTful API development
- MySQL / MongoDB
- Authentication & Authorization (JWT)
- Git & Version Control
- Cloud Deployment Basics (AWS/Azure)
- Capstone Project Mentorship
Technical Trainer AI & Data Analytics
Key Technical Areas:
- Python for Data Science
- NumPy, Pandas
- Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
- Statistics for Machine Learning
- Supervised & Unsupervised Learning
- Regression, Classification, Clustering
- Model Evaluation Techniques
- ML Workflow & Basic Deployment
- Capstone Project Mentorship
Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led classroom training sessions
- Conduct hands-on labs and real-world project guidance
- Mentor students for capstone projects
- Conduct assessments and performance evaluations
- Ensure industry-aligned delivery and job readiness
Eligibility
- 2+ years of industry or training experience
- Strong practical and conceptual knowledge
- Experience handling engineering students preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to relocate to Odisha for project duration
