Job Title: Gen AI Technical Trainer – Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Generative AI Technical Trainer to train B.Tech students at Annamacharya University. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of Generative AI and practical experience in AI/ML technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom training on Generative AI and Artificial Intelligence concepts.
• Teach topics such as Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, NLP, and Machine Learning.
• Provide hands-on training through coding exercises, projects, and real-world use cases.
• Design and deliver technical demonstrations, assignments, and assessments.
• Guide students in developing AI-based projects and applications.
• Explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Keep students updated with the latest developments and tools in Generative AI.
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with the academic team to support the university's training requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and AI/ML.
• Good understanding of Python and relevant AI/ML libraries.
• Knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, and AI Agents.
• Understanding of NLP, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and APIs.
• Hands-on experience in developing AI/Gen AI projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and effectively train B.Tech students.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant industry/training experience preferred.
• Candidates with strong practical Gen AI project experience and excellent technical skills may also be considered.
