Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Devise technical training programs in above mentioned domains according to organizational requirements
  • Design course materials and documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises
  • Deliver training programs in Instructor led formal or online as required
  • Mentor internal SME instructors within
  • Technology as part of a train the trainer program
  • Capture and share best-practice knowledge across the training community
  • Partner with developers to build more test coverage into their own development chain and with DevOps and Test Engineers for new solutions
  • Ability to translate story and use cases into functional training
