Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Training Specialist role located at client location, anywhere in India. The Training Specialist will deliver effective training programs, create instructional material tailored to diverse audiences, and evaluate participant performance. Responsibilities include providing support and guidance to learners, conducting assessments, and continuously improving training content based on feedback. The role also involves working with internal teams to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Training, Training & Development, and Instructional Design methodologies
• Should have good knowledge in Java, C, AI, Python and React. (atleast 2 technologies out of 5)
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Experience in training delivery and an ability to engage participants effectively
• Knowledge of modern instructional techniques and digital training tools
• 4-5 years of training experience with good skills to manage class of 40-60 students
• Proven ability to adapt content and delivery style to suit varied audiences
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• English proficiency with Hindi communicative skills required
