POSITION: Technical Trainer

Core Technical Skills — Any one or more:

- Java + DSA

- C + DSA

-Python + DSA

What We're Looking For:

Strong programming fundamentals

Good understanding of DSA and problem-solving

Excellent communication & presentation skills

Passion for teaching and mentoring students

Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, practical & beginner-friendly way

Confidence in conducting classroom/workshop sessions

Willingness to travel to different locations for training programs

Candidates with additional technical skills are highly preferred

COMPENSATION & GROWTH

Probation Period: 3 Months

Stipend During Probation: 20,000/month

Based on performance during the probation period, candidates will be considered for full-time conversion with an LPA-based salary package.

TRAVEL OPPORTUNITY

Th role involves travelling to different colleges/locations for training programs.

Don't worry about travel arrangements — travel will be arranged by the company.
