We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Technical Trainer who can deliver high-quality technical training, mentor students, and prepare them to meet industry standards. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom training in technologies such as C, C++, Java Full Stack, MERN Stack, Python.
- Design and update course curriculum as per current industry trends.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, practical tasks, and assessments.
- Conduct regular tests, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Provide hands-on practical training and project guidance.
- Support students in resume building, interview preparation, and technical mock interviews.
- Maintain student performance records and progress reports.
- Coordinate with the Placement Team for student readiness.
- Ensure discipline and engagement in classroom sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge in one or more of the following:
- C, C++, Java, MERN Stack, Python
- Good understanding of programming logic, OOPS concepts, and database basics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods based on students learning levels.
- Knowledge of real-time project implementation is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Previous experience as a Technical Trainer is an added advantage.
