Technical Trainer (Ground Team)

Role Purpose

The Technical Trainer will be responsible for training, coaching, assessing and developing Duct Clean Co.s on-ground technicians, supervisors and service teams. The role is a hands-on field training position focused on safe, standardized and technically correct execution across all core Duct Clean Co. services.

Services Covered

• Kitchen Duct Cleaning

Kitchen exhaust path, hood, ducting, blower, degreasing and handover

• HVAC / Air Duct Cleaning

Inspection, access, mechanical/robotic cleaning, extraction and verification

• Laundry Duct Cleaning

Dryer exhaust, lint removal, airflow restoration and fire-risk awareness

• Drain Cleaning

Blockage identification, mechanical/jetting methods, hygiene and final inspection

Technician Assessment & Certification

• Level 1 - Trainee Technician

Works only under supervision; learning equipment and SOP basics.

• Level 2 - Certified Technician

Can independently perform assigned service activities.

• Level 3 - Senior Technician

Can handle complex activities and guide junior technicians.

• Level 4 - Supervisor Ready

Can manage complete service execution and team coordination.

The trainer will conduct periodic practical assessments, maintain individual skill records and identify technicians requiring retraining before independent deployment.
