Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Technical Trainer for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for delivering technical training programs, developing and updating training materials, and equipping students with necessary skills to secure jobs in the tech sector. Additional responsibilities include engaging and assessing trainees, conducting hands-on sessions, and ensuring clarity and understanding of technical concepts through effective communication and teaching methods.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Technical Training and experience delivering structured training programs
• Proficiency in Training & Development with a focus on learner engagement and outcomes
• Exceptional Communication and presentation skills to ensure clarity in conveying complex concepts
• Ability to design, refine, and update training materials based on current industry trends
• Experience or passion for mentoring and guiding tech aspirants toward achieving their career goals
• Familiarity with tech industry requirements and trends is an advantage
• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related field
