Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Anekal for an Entry Level Technical Trainer. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to students, creating structured training modules, and providing support to enhance the learning experience. Day-to-day tasks include facilitating technical workshops, developing training content, and continuously improving instructional methods to meet the diverse needs of learners. Interaction with students to address their queries and offer guidance will also be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Training and familiarity with Training & Development practices
- Strong Communication skills to effectively engage and instruct diverse groups
- Experience as a Technical Trainer or similar educational roles
- Ability to design and deliver interactive and effective training sessions
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to address varied learning levels and needs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students succeed in their careers
