Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer at EKALASAALA in Hyderabad. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for conducting technical training sessions, developing training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

Proficient in Technical Training skills.

Training & Development and Training skills

Strong communication skills.

Good Experience in creating training materials.

Ability to assess training effectiveness.

Knowledge of instructional design principles.

Ability to assess training needs and customize training content.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Education, etc.)

Certifications in Technical IT Training or related fields are a plus.
