Job Description

EduNet Foundation is a not-for-profit organization working at the intersection of education, technology, and employability. Through industry-aligned, CSR-supported programs, EduNet equips students and educators with future-ready skills such as Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Digital Literacy, and Career Readiness, with a strong focus on government skilling institutions including ITIs and NSTIs.

Job Title: Consultant – Training (ITI & NSTI Learners)

Engagement: Full-time | Permanent Role | 1-year contract (extendable based on program requirements)

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard and coordinate with ITIs, NSTIs, and vocational training institutes.
  • Liaise with institute principals, training officers, and local authorities.
  • Conduct regular on-site training sessions for students and faculty on:
  • Artificial Intelligence fundamentals
  • Cybersecurity basics
  • Soft Skills, Resume Preparation, and Job Readiness
  • Facilitate assessments, collect feedback, and submit structured training reports.
  • Maintain attendance records, weekly schedules, and program documentation.
  • Report to the State Program Manager / Regional Coordinator.

Eligibility & Skills

  • Education: Any Graduate
  • Strong communication skills in English and the regional language.
  • Comfortable with classroom delivery and field-based travel.

Compensation

Salary: As per current / last drawn CTC.
