We are looking for an experienced Technical Trainer with strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle APEX, and Oracle Forms & Reports. The ideal candidate should have hands-on training experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver engaging, practical-oriented training sessions to students or professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and/or online training on:
- SQL
- PL/SQL
- Oracle APEX
- Oracle Forms & Reports
- Design and update training content, course materials, presentations, and hands-on labs.
- Conduct practical sessions, demos, assignments, and assessments.
- Mentor trainees and provide guidance on real-time project scenarios.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle tools, features, and industry trends.
- Support trainees with interview preparation and technical queries (if required).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer in Oracle technologies.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of:
- SQL & PL/SQL
- Oracle APEX
- Oracle Forms & Reports
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and effective manner.
- Experience in preparing training manuals, exercises, and real-time use cases.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in training freshers and working professionals.
- Oracle certification(s) will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to real-time Oracle projects.
