Technical Trainer - DSA, AI & ML

Role Description The Technical Trainer - DSA, Technical Trainer AI & ML will deliver classroom and lab-based training to undergraduate engineering students, focusing on Data Structures & Algorithms, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and involves designing curriculum modules, preparing lesson plans, and creating learning materials such as presentations, assignments, projects, and assessments. The trainer will conduct regular lectures, hands-on coding sessions, workshops, and mentoring hours, ensuring that learners gain strong conceptual understanding and practical implementation skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating student performance, providing constructive feedback, collaborating with faculty and industry partners to keep content updated with current technologies, and supporting co-op and project-based learning initiatives. The role also includes contributing to academic events, hackathons, and seminars to strengthen the institute's technology learning ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in technical training domains, with experience as Technical Trainers delivering courses in DSA, AI, and ML.
• Strong Training & Development competencies, including curriculum design, instructional planning, and learner assessment.
• Effective Communication and Training skills to explain complex concepts clearly, engage diverse learners, and manage interactive sessions.
• Solid academic background, preferably a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• Practical experience in AI/ML model development, data analysis, and software engineering will be an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an academic environment, mentor students, and support project-based and cooperative education initiatives.
