Job Description

Job Summary:

  • We are looking for an experienced.NET Trainerto deliver structured, hands-on training sessions for corporate fresher batches. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in the.NET ecosystem, especiallyC#, ASP.NET Core,Entity Framework, andREST APIs along with a passion for teaching and mentoring new talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct instructor-led training (ILT) sessions for freshers in Dot NET development.
  • Design and customize course content, including technical documentation, code samples, and practical exercises.
  • Lead hands-on programming labs, real-world scenarios, and capstone projects.
  • Monitor learner progress and provide individualized support, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with curriculum teams and corporate stakeholders to align training with business needs.
  • Continuously update training materials to reflect the latest best practices and tools.
