Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Trainer (DevOps Engineer) role based in Bengaluru. The Technical Trainer will design, deliver, and maintain training programs focused on DevOps tools, practices, and workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating training content, conducting hands-on workshops and knowledge sessions, mentoring team members on CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud environments, and documenting best practices. The role involves collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to understand project requirements, translating them into learning objectives, and ensuring consistent adoption of DevOps standards across the organization. The Technical Trainer will also assess skill gaps, track training effectiveness, and continuously improve training materials to support team growth and platform reliability.

Qualifications

  • Strong DevOps foundation, with hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and build/deployment automation.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and related monitoring tools.
  • Solid understanding of Linux systems, scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python), and environment configuration management.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver technical training, workshops, and documentation for engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Proven collaborative skills, working closely with cross-functional teams in fast-paced product or startup environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience as a DevOps Engineer and/or Technical Trainer is strongly preferred.
  • Interest in social platforms and real-world community-building is a plus.
