We are looking for a Placement Trainer to deliver targeted training in CSE core subjectsOS, CN, OOPS, DBMS, and Programming/Problem Solvingto prepare students for technical interviews and campus placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive sessions on core CSE subjects as per industry standards.
- Create training modules, coding exercises, quizzes, and mock interviews.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with tech trends, hiring practices, and coding platforms.
- Conduct mock interviews and coding tests simulating real placement scenarios.
- Coordinate with academics and placement teams for seamless training delivery.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge in OS, CN, DBMS, OOPS, and programming fundamentals.
- Clear communication and effective student engagement.
- Ability to simplify concepts and mentor students.
- Familiarity with HackerRank, CodeChef, or similar platforms is a plus.
Qualifications
- Mandatory: B.Tech/B.E in CS/IT
- Preferred: M.Tech/M.E in CS/IT
- Certifications in programming or related areas are a plus.
Experience
- 35 years in technical training, teaching, or placement prep roles.
Experience in corporate/campus training is preferred.
