Job Description We are looking for a skilled Technical Trainer with strong expertise in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) and Java programming to train students and professionals. The trainer will be responsible for designing curriculum, delivering classroom/online sessions, preparing assessments, and supporting learners in building strong problem-solving and coding skills.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality training sessions on DSA concepts, algorithms, problem-solving, and Java programming.
- Design and update course materials, assignments, coding problems, and assessments.
- Train students for interviews, coding tests, and competitive programming.
- Conduct hands-on coding labs on platforms like LeetCode, HackerRank, CodeStudio, etc.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- Support students with doubt-solving and project guidance.
Skills & Qualifications- Strong command over Java, OOPs, DSA, Multithreading, Collections, and Java frameworks (optional).
- Excellent understanding of algorithms, timespace complexity, problem-solving, and coding patterns.
- Prior teaching/training or mentoring experience preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field (preferred).
