Role Overview
We are looking for skilled Technical Trainers to deliver industry-oriented training in Java Full Stack, Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), Network Operating Systems (NOS), and Computer Networks, while mentoring students and preparing them for successful tech careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions with hands-on learning and real-world projects.
- Design and update curriculum, assignments, and training materials.
- Mentor students in problem-solving, coding, and technical concepts.
- Conduct assessments, track progress, and provide feedback.
- Prepare students for placements through mock interviews and technical evaluations.
- Stay updated with latest technologies and align training with industry needs.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in at least one domain:
- Java Full Stack: Java, Spring Boot, APIs, frontend frameworks
- DSA: Algorithms, problem-solving, competitive coding
- NOS: Linux/Unix, system administration
- Computer Networks: Networking fundamentals, protocols, security
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and debugging abilities
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science/IT or related field
- 05 years of relevant experience (training/teaching/industry)
- Relevant certifications (preferred)
