Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Tech Trainer with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot to train students and professionals on industry-relevant concepts. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver practical, hands-on training sessions, create training materials, and guide learners through real-time projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies
- Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and assignments
- Deliver both classroom and online sessions in an engaging manner
- Guide learners through real-time projects and coding exercises
- Assess student performance through tests, tasks, and evaluations
- Provide support, clarify doubts, and ensure learner success
- Stay updated with latest industry trends to improve training quality
- Coordinate with internal teams to enhance course structure and content
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in Java (Core Java, OOP concepts)
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and Microservices
- Knowledge of databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with Git and basic DevOps concepts
- Exposure to cloud services (AWS/Azure) is an added advantage
