Key Responsibilities

• Develop structured training materials in Word format for employees.
• Prepare training modules on basic electrical concepts, practices, and safety procedures.
• Ensure training content is simple and engaging for semi-skilled and skilled employees.
• Collaborate with internal engineers and supervisors to ensure technical accuracy.
• Update and revise training content as required.
• Support HR/training department in standardising content for mobile learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills (MS Word proficiency required).
• Ability to explain concepts in clear and simple language.
• Prior experience in preparing training material or technical documentation (preferred but not mandatory).
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
