Role Description
This full-time, on-site Technical Trainer role is based in Tirupati. As a Technical Trainer, you will deliver training programs to students, focusing on technical skills and professional development. Responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting engaging sessions, assessing student performance, and adapting teaching techniques to meet the needs of participants. Additionally, you will work to develop and refine training programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and job market demands.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Training and knowledge of Training & Development best practices
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to effectively convey technical concepts
- Experience in designing and delivering training sessions in a professional setting
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant technical training role
- Ability to engage and inspire learners, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related technical field
- Expertise in the tech industry or educational training sector is a plus
