Roles and Responsibilities:
- Must have experience in Insurance Domain (Specially experience on Life & annuities experience is required
- Experience in implementation of STLC, Testing Techniques & Processes
- Experience in defining & implementation of Test strategy
- Good at planning, organizational skills & attentions to the detail
- Experience of complex Test Data management for various testing region/environments
- Experience in Functionality, Integration & Database Testing is required
- Experience in testing of web application, Web services & BI Reports
- Should have experience in Agile Methodology (Scrum)
- Has the ability to identify the areas of automations towards productivity improvement & continuous effort reduction
- Ability to understand the priorities & project timelines and good at maintaining required communication with relevant stake holders
- Experience in leading & guiding the team towards project goals & organizational values
- Has the ability to identify the Risks and able to come up with mitigation & contingency plan
- Experience in identifying Test execution cycles and able to monitor & support the team of the same towards successful completion
- Experience in defect management & Metric Management
- Good knowledge & awareness of Performance & Security testing
- Good at Business communication and able to articulate the problem with possible solution
- Any Engineering Graduate / MCA with 8+ years of /testing experience
Good to have Competencies:
- Experience in testing of Policy Admin system will be big plus
- Good to have knowledge of mobile & cloud testing concepts
- Good to have Prior experience of Automation Testing with any Tool (TOSCA is preferable)
- Knowledge, experience of CMMI & other processes
