Out Systems Lead (7-9 Years)
Role Overview:
Develop and maintain OutSystems ODC applications for banking modules, ensuring functionality, quality, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop OutSystems ODC applications based on functional specifications.
- Build screens, business logic, workflows, and integrations.
- Create reusable components and modules for banking features.
- Perform unit testing and support QA in functional testing.
- Collaborate with BAs and leads to clarify requirements.
- Debug and resolve application defects and issues.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.
- Support deployment activities and production issue resolution.
- Document technical specifications and development notes.
Required Skills:
- 7-9 years in software development with 4+ years in OutSystems.
- BFSI domain exposure is good to have (optional)
- Proficiency in OutSystems reactive web and mobile development.
- Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Understanding of Agile development processes.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- OutSystems certifications are a plus.
