Technical Team Lead (MT710ST RM 3461)

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers, ensuring best practices in coding and design.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, ASP.NET, and Blazor.
• Implement and manage RESTful APIs to support front end and back end integration.
• Utilize Azure services, including Azure Storage and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), to deploy and manage applications.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.

Mandatory Skills

• Proficient in C# and ASP.NET.
• Experience with Blazor for building interactive web UIs.
• Strong understanding of REST API development and integration.
• Hands on experience with Azure services, including Azure Storage and Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in software development, particularly in enhancing user experience and automating processes.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data integration.
• Experience with Selenium for automated testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of delivering high quality software solutions on time.
