Typical responsibilities in this role include:

  • Demonstrate the capacity to plan, prioritize and organize your time, project schedules and multiple project activities.
  • Identify and analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio in conjunction with project managers
  • Interface with customer project stakeholders, including C-level management and directors, to elicit business and functional requirements
  • Drive the effective transition of requirements to delivery and development consultants, ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements for a successful delivery to end customer
  • Participate and/ or lead quality management reviews including designs, prototypes and other stages of project to ensure requirements are fulfilled
  • Planning, Design and implemented the architecture for Microsoft Dynamics for Finance and operations and Dynamics AX 2012 Implementation customers.

Required qualifications:

  • 8+ Years experience with Dynamics ERP
  • 5+ years experience in Consulting
  • Must be able to manage time, prioritize and communicate commitments
  • Must have strong client and internal communication skills with experience working in highly collaborative teams
  • Must be able to produce specific examples of work product (functional requirements, design, output, test plans, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • PMP Certified
  • Certified Scrum Master

Essential Job Functions:

Typical Duties

  • Manage and lead the design, development, and implementation of D365 F&O solutions.
  • Oversee data migration, systems engineering, and system integration workstreams.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client communication regarding technical solutions.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level technical team members by providing technical guidance and feedback.
  • Ensure high-quality documentation of technical designs and processes.

Hard Skills (Required)

Expert Technical Skills

  • Expertise in X++, with the ability to mentor others in its use (C#/.NET knowledge helpful but not required at an expert level).
  • Strong understanding of D365 F&O workflows and customization.
  • Broad knowledge of Azure technologies and Power Platform/Dataverse for delivering end-to-end solutions on Biz Apps engagements.

Soft Skills (Required)

Advanced Customer-Facing Skills

  • Ability to think critically and lead technical projects with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex technical challenges.
  • Capacity to self-learn new technologies and quickly apply them in practice.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams toward successful project outcomes.

Experience (Required)

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in D365 F&O technical roles, including team or project management experience.
