We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Technical Lead to oversee Robotics and STEM education programs across multiple institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical training initiatives, coordinating junior trainers, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of STEM and robotics programs. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and deliver advanced Robotics and STEM training programs for students and educators.
- Supervise, mentor, and coordinate junior trainers to ensure consistent training quality.
- Manage relationships with multiple clients, schools, and educational institutions.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee STEM workshops, robotics competitions, and training activities.
- Provide technical guidance on robotics, electronics, programming, AI, IoT, and related technologies.
- Monitor trainer performance and support continuous skill development.
- Coordinate with school management and stakeholders to address program requirements and ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist in curriculum development, content enhancement, and implementation of innovative learning methodologies.
- Prepare periodic reports on training progress, project status, and client feedback.
- Travel extensively to client locations and institutions as required.
