Job Description

At OP, we solve complex business and technology challenges across enterprise consulting, cloud, AI/ML, cybersecurity, enterprise platforms, delivery transformation, and managed services. We are looking for someone who can deeply understand technical talent, not just resumes. This role is designed for individuals with strong exposure to technology environments who can engage in meaningful technical conversations, understand enterprise customer requirements, assess candidate capability, and identify the right fit across a wide variety of technical domains.

This is not a traditional recruiter role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand technical hiring requirements from clients and delivery teams.
  • Conduct technical screening discussions with candidates across multiple technologies.
  • Assess technical depth, project experience, communication, and overall fit.
  • Identify strong talent beyond keyword matching.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve candidate quality.
  • Stay updated on evolving technology trends and enterprise skill demands.

What We Re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of modern technology environments and engineering concepts.
  • Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar technologies and customer ecosystems.
  • Comfortable discussing software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, enterprise systems, data, and SDLC concepts.
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
  • Ability to differentiate between theoretical knowledge and real-world technical experience.

Preferred Backgrounds

  • Candidates with exposure to:
    • Software Engineering.
    • AI/ML.
    • DevOps / Cloud.
    • Infrastructure / Systems.
    • Technical Consulting.
    • Solutions Engineering.
    • Enterprise Support.
    • Technical Coordination or Assessment.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
