About the Role
We're growing fast and looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help us scale our engineering and technical teams in the electronics and telecom domain. You'll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent across R&D, embedded systems, IoT, network engineering, and product development.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys working closely with engineering leaders, and loves the challenge of finding niche technical talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles including embedded engineers, hardware designers, RF engineers, electronics engineers, AI.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and project goals.
- Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Naukri, technical
forums, and domain-specific communities.
- Actively map talent markets in electronics and telecom to build a sustainable
candidate pipeline.
- Conduct initial technical and culture-fit screenings before forwarding candidates to
hiring panels.
- Work with the leadership team to define recruitment processes and metrics for a
growing startup.
- Support employer branding efforts including social media hiring campaigns, and
networking at industry events.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure a smooth, data-driven hiring process.
Requirements
- 35 years of technical recruitment experience in electronics, telecom, or related
technology domains.
- Strong understanding of technical skill sets relevant to electronics and
communication engineering.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment and manage
multiple roles simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills.
