We are seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee day-to-day recruitment operations, lead the hiring team, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders while ensuring hiring activities remain within approved budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the recruitment team's daily activities and deliverables
Drive end-to-end technical hiring across various roles and experience levels
Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and priorities
Track hiring progress, timelines, and closures against defined targets
Manage recruitment budgets, including cost optimization and vendor coordination
Ensure consistency in hiring processes and maintain high-quality talent standards
Requirements
5+ years of experience in technical recruitment
Prior experience leading or mentoring recruiters
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Good understanding of recruitment budgets and hiring metrics
