We are seeking a motivated Technical Support Voice Process Associate to join our team in India. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support to our customers, helping them resolve issues related to our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in technical support, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via voice calls, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software and hardware products.
• Assist customers in understanding product features and functionalities.
• Document customer interactions and technical issues in the support ticketing system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical staff or management as necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a voice process.
• Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
• Ability to explain complex technical issues in a simple, understandable manner.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer support software.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts, operating systems, and common software applications.

Qualification : 12th

Experience : Min 1 years of experience from international voice process

Shift : Roatational shift,2 rotational off

salary : 34000 CTC 28000 take home

Location : ITPL , Bamgalore

Age cuts off : 30 years
