Hiring: IT Service Desk Associate –
Location: Ecospace, Outer Ring Road, Bangalore
Job Details
- Qualification: Any Graduate / 10+3 Diploma
- Experience: 6 months to 4 years
- Relevant Experience: IT Service Desk / International Technical Support – Voice Process
- Salary: 5–5.5 LPA + Shift Allowance
- Shift: Rotational Shifts
- Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Offs
- Cab Facility: 2-Way Cab
- Age Limit: Up to 30 years
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Prior experience in IT Service Desk or International Technical Support Voice Process.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
Additional Requirements
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Work from Office (WFO).
