About the role

We provide real-time schedule, progress, and 4D BIM visibility software to large-scale construction projects. This role is our on-the-ground presence at a live construction site — responsible for keeping project schedule and progress data accurate and current within our platform, working closely with the site's contractor and planning teams.

This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role. You'll be the primary point of contact between the site team and our technology, supporting a smooth weekly and monthly reporting cycle without disrupting how the site already works.

Key responsibilities

Data coordination

Receive schedule and progress updates from the site team on an agreed regular cadence

Enter and maintain this data within our platform across all active projects at the site

Flag missing, late, or inconsistent submissions promptly

Issue and constraint tracking

Maintain an up-to-date log of site issues and constraints affecting progress

Categorize and escalate items that need management-level visibility

Follow up regularly so records reflect current status

Periodic schedule reconciliation

Support a recurring reconciliation cycle, validating that accumulated updates map cleanly into the master project schedule

Help prepare reconciled schedules for client submission

Maintain the mapping between the contractor's own tracking format and the master schedule as it evolves

Platform and stakeholder support

Act as the site's primary contact for platform-related questions

Troubleshoot day-to-day user issues

Support onboarding of new site personnel who interact with the platform

Reporting support

Keep dashboards current for regular project reviews

Respond to ad hoc data requests from client stakeholders or the internal team

What you'll need

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a Masters in Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong Software skills; working familiarity reading and interpreting construction schedules (Primavera P6 or similar)

Prior experience in site coordination, planning support, or document control preferred

High attention to detail, comfortable working independently on-site with minimal daily supervision

Strong communication skills — this role is as much relationship management as data entry

Based full-time on-site, Navi Mumbai region

Platform training provided; no prior experience with our specific software required
