Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist located in New Delhi. The Technical Support Specialist will handle daily tasks such as providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, resolving technical challenges, and supporting customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction. The role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain service excellence and to address customer concerns effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Technical Support:

Provide technical assistance to customers regarding polymer materials, applications, and processing techniques.

Address customer inquiries related to product selection, performance, and troubleshooting.

Conduct on-site visits to evaluate and resolve technical challenges in customer applications.

Product Development & Application Support:

Work closely with R&D teams to develop and improve polymer formulations and applications.

Assist in product trials and new material testing at customer sites.

Gather customer feedback to support product innovation and optimization.

Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance:

Investigate customer complaints related to product performance and provide solutions.

Analyze polymer properties and processing conditions to recommend improvements.

Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure product consistency and reliability.

. Training & Documentation:

Conduct technical training sessions for customers, sales teams, and distributors.

Prepare technical documents, reports, and guidelines on product usage and best practices.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, standards, and regulations.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to provide technical insights and support business growth.

Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and customer visits to promote technical capabilities.

Support regulatory compliance efforts by providing technical documentation as required.
