Role Overview
We are looking for high-intent Technical Support Specialists to join our international voice process. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our USA and Canadian customer base, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues via remote access tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical queries from international clients (USA/Canada).
- Troubleshoot and fix issues related to IT products, including Laptops, Printers, and Mac systems.
- Utilize remote access software to provide real-time technical solutions.
- Maintain a high standard of productivity, managing 8–10 calls per shift (with a focus on efficiency).
Requirements
- Experience: Mandatory experience in International Voice and Technical processes.
- Product Knowledge: Hands-on familiarity with Windows/Mac OS, printers, and peripheral hardware.
- Communication: Exceptional active listening and verbal communication skills are non-negotiable.
- Background: Candidates with Sales experience will be prioritized for incentive-based growth.
Shift & Work Culture
- Working Hours: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Monday to Friday).
- Break: 1-hour designated break per shift.
- Environment: Purely onsite role to ensure seamless coordination with our Western client timelines.
