Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Support Specialist-SQL Server based in Chennai, with flexibility for partial remote work. The role involves providing technical support to clients by troubleshooting and resolving SQL Server-related issues. Key responsibilities include addressing technical concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and performing in-depth analysis to identify and mitigate technical challenges. Effective communication with clients is integral to delivering a seamless support experience. Troubleshooting SQL scripts & production issues; SSRS report & connection support; Root cause analysis; Customer communication; Documentation & KB creation; Performance optimization

Qualifications:

• SQL Server proficiency; SQL Profiler expertise / SSRS troubleshooting; Strong communication Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting, particularly with SQL Server.
• Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Experience in Customer Support and ensuring excellent Customer Satisfaction.
• Ability to manage and address customer concerns with effective communication and solutions.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup and collaborating with remote teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role and knowledge of database management systems are advantageous.
