We're Hiring: Technical Support Specialist (SaaS)!

We're looking for a smart, customer-focused Technical Support Specialist who can help our clients get the most out of our recruitment platform.

You'll be the first line of support for our clients using our producthandling queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience across the platform.

Location: Bengaluru, India
Work Mode: Work From Office
Role: Technical Support Specialist (SaaS)

What You'll Do:

  • Provide support to customers via chat and voice channels.
  • Handle and manage issues through a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and updates.
  • Troubleshoot product-related issues, including workflows, integrations, and data inconsistencies.
  • Understand and analyze problems using basic technical concepts (APIs, JSON, system behavior)
  • Escalate complex problems to engineering with clear and structured context.

  • Monitor recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements

  • Contribute to FAQs, help docs, and knowledge base to reduce repetitive queries

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support/customer support (SaaS preferred)
Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, and how web applications work
Comfortable handling multiple tickets and prioritizing effectively
Strong communication skillsable to explain technical issues in a simple, clear way
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A proactive mindsetsomeone who looks for patterns, not just fixes tickets
