Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The Technical Support Specialist will handle technical support tasks, resolve customer queries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing effective troubleshooting and timely solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing technical issues, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining a customer-first approach to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Solid Analytical Skills for identifying root causes and proposing solutions to technical problems.
  • Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction expertise to ensure a positive customer experience and efficient resolution of queries.
  • Proactive communication, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; qualifications or certifications in IT support will be a plus.
