Autodesk Technical Support Analyst – Movate

Experience: 2– 6Years

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Hybrid

Shift: Rotational Shift

Mandatory Skills

  • AutoCAD
  • Revit
  • 3DS Max
  • Any 2 of the above 3 skills are mandatory

Preferred Skills

  • Autodesk Certification

  • AEC Workflow Knowledge
  • Customer/Technical Support Experience
  • Root Cause Analysis
  • Ticketing Tools (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Autodesk products.
  • Troubleshoot product installation and configuration issues.
  • Resolve customer issues related to AutoCAD, Revit, and Autodesk applications.
  • Handle support tickets and escalations.
  • Deliver high-quality customer experience while meeting SLA targets.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve product and licensing issues.
