About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated professional with a strong background in biotechnology, biochemistry, biomedical science, or related fields to support our customers in using Scanbo's advanced diagnostic products. You will be the face of customer experienceresolving issues, providing product guidance, and ensuring seamless support. This role requires a proactive individual capable of handling technical challenges efficiently while maintaining excellent communication with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for science and technology, along with a customer-centric mindset, to help us uphold our reputation for exceptional service and technical expertise.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or related roles within the biotech, healthcare, or scientific sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, Bioinformatics, or B.Sc. IT (preferred).
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of Gujarati is a plus.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- On-site availability in Surat to facilitate direct client support and training sessions.
Training will be provided for candidates with the right learning mindset and a passion for technical support and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
- Troubleshoot product-related problems, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as R&D, product development, and quality assurance to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Document customer inquiries, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on proper usage and maintenance of diagnostic products.
- Assist in preparing and updating user guides, manuals, FAQs, and other technical documentation to enhance customer understanding.
- Identify recurring issues and trends, providing insights and recommendations for product or process improvements.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering professional, timely, and courteous support at all times.
