Job Description

Job Title :: L3 Support Engineer (Guidewire)

Location :: Bengaluru (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite in a week)

Minimum relevant years of experience :: 5+ Years

Top/Must have Skills:

  • Insurance domain
  • Guidewire
  • GOSU Programming
  • Integration Gateway / Web Services
  • Guidewire Certification

Core Skills:

  • Insurance and Guidewire BillingCenter (Billing System) experience.
  • BAU experience Guidewire Cloud Experience.
  • Guidewire Integration Web Services Experience.
  • Leading and Supporting L1.5 and L2 teams.
  • APD experience.
  • Integration Gateway Experience.
  • Guidewire Configuration Experience.
  • Development support for L3 tickets which includes bugs, minor enhancements and compliance tickets.
  • Guidewire ski updates.
  • Release management.
  • Experience coordinating with other integration teams.

Primary / Should have:

  • Guidewire ACE Certification.
  • Data Dog Experience.
  • AWS S3 Bucket.
  • BitBucket experience.
  • TeamCity experience.
  • BillingCenter Experience.
  • App Event experience.
