Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist, located in Ahmedabad. The Technical Support Specialist will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide outstanding customer support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, diagnosing technical challenges, offering resolutions, and collaborating with other teams to improve service quality.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Basic understanding of asset tracking and telematics systems is a plus.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
