Hiresquad Resources is urgently seeking Technical Support Specialists with expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP for a leading MNC in Pune or Gurgaon. If you have a background in international BPO tech support, strong problem-solving skills, and are ready for a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this is an immediate joining opportunity.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat, specifically for server and cloud-related issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems by utilizing various tools and processes, including TSE Process, Network Troubleshooting, and Network Support.
- Operate within an EPS (Server support) callback model, where you'll engage directly with customers to resolve their cases.
- Perform troubleshooting on a range of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server (2003, 2008, 2008 R2), SCCM, SCMON, Windows OS (XP, Vista, Win7, Win10, Win11), Exchange 2007, IIS, and ISA.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 1 year of tech support experience with an International BPO is mandatory (on papers).
- Overall 1-6 years of experience in a similar role providing technical support for servers and clouds.
- Freshers are also welcome for consideration, though up to 1 year of prior tech support experience is preferred.
- Education: Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream).
Skills
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong technical knowledge of BIOS, POST, Hardware Components, and O365 is a must.
- Proficiency in networking concepts, including advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Deep understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, System Setup, System Performance, and Domain Environment.
- Knowledge of the Boot Process, Backup Process (including Types Of Backup), Hyper-V Type 1 & Type 2, Storage, and general Server Support.
- Experience or knowledge of Microsoft OS Platforms.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills are crucial.
- Communication:Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and comfort working in 24x7 rotational shifts and on rotational offs.
