Job Title: JobDiva Support executive

Working Hours 6:30 PM IST 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Cab & Meals Cab facility & one-time meal facility will be provided

Location: Noida

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain JobDiva ATS

• Support recruiters with ATS-related issues

• Create and manage user accounts and access

• Generate recruitment and performance reports

• Maintain candidate and job data accuracy

• Monitor job postings and candidate submissions

• Coordinate with JobDiva support team for issue resolution

• Train users on basic JobDiva functionalities

• Ensure compliance and proper documentation

Required Skills:

• Experience with JobDiva ATS

• Good knowledge of recruitment/staffing process

• MS Excel and reporting skills

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
