Technical Support Representative (Chat Support)

Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra, India (Onsite)

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

Salary: 40,000+ per month

Employment Type: Full-time

We are hiring a Technical Support Representative to provide chat-based support for a fast-growing real estate software platform. You will be the first point of contact for users, helping resolve issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and improving the overall customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and experienced in chat-based support, preferably with exposure to real estate workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Chat Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist users with platform features and issue resolution

Technical Troubleshooting

  • Identify, reproduce, and document reported issues
  • Create detailed bug reports for the engineering team

Ticket Management

  • Triage, prioritize, and manage incoming support tickets
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution

Knowledge Base & Documentation

  • Create and maintain internal documentation
  • Write clear help articles and support guides

Proactive Monitoring

  • Review user sessions to identify usability issues and improvement opportunities

Qualifications & Requirements

Required:

  • Experience in customer support, chat support, or technical support
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Ability to work onsite in Pune and US shift hours
