Job Description

We're Hiring: Technical Support Executive

Salary: Up to 30,000 (In-hand)

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)

About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Technical Support Executives to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely solutions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring an excellent service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via calls, emails, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience in technical support.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
  • Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and operating systems.
  • Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
