Education Qualification:
Any Degree (Diploma Candidates are not eligible).
Understanding SLA and executing the operations as per the client requirements.
Coordinating with the Vendor Team to deploy all the Aadhaar Enrolment Centres.
Ensure Smooth Functioning of Aadhaar Enrolment Centres and bring targeted output.
Handling the escalations from the branches and resolve the issues on immediate basis.
Train the Operators time to time as per the UIDAI guidelines.
Ensure the Quality of the Service Provided to the Customers and ensure proper training has been given to the Operators.
Monitoring each branch Performance and Enrolment Quality as per the UIDAI Policy.
Proactively plan the activities to get best outcomes in the production002E.
Conducting Surprise audit to meet the compliance.
Ensure No fraudulent activities happen at Aadhaar Enrolment Centres.
Resolving Technical related issues within the timeframe and ensuring there is no downtime during the working hours.
All the activities must be documented properly with relevant evidence.
MIS Preparation and Submission to the client on daily basis.
Actively participates on the Weekly meetings and present the progress to the Management.
Taking initiatives to improve the process and suggest new thoughts to the Management.
Analysis the Competitors Market status and Potential Areas for improvement.
