Key Responsibilities:

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or IT support roles.
  • Strong understanding of troubleshooting methodologies, system operations, and basic networking.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in ticketing systems, remote support tools, and documentation platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
