The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
• Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in the support system.
• Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and documentation.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues.
• Educate customers about product features and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware and software systems.
• Proficient in troubleshooting Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.
