Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and support clients on product and system usage. The role requires strong SQL knowledge, analytical thinking, and the ability to coordinate with clients, delivery managers, and technical teams in a fast-paced techno-functional environment.

Working hours - 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (This is a work-from-office role based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Candidates who are willing to relocate to this location are encouraged to apply. Interested candidates may apply for this position)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve support tickets within defined SLAs.
  • Troubleshoot application and system issues using SQL queries.
  • Document issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
  • Escalate unresolved issues with proper analysis.
  • Coordinate with clients, delivery managers, and technical teams.
  • Monitor system performance and provide timely updates.
  • Assist in user training and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to execute simple to complex SQL queries for issue analysis.
  • Good understanding of RDBMS concepts.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server (2005/2008 or above) and MySQL.
  • Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Working knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, and source control systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and capable of role switching when required.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to Data Migration, Product Implementation Cycle, or EMR/EHR domain.
  • Experience in techno-functional environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation.
  • Prior experience in client-facing technical support roles.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 1–2 years of experience in Technical Support / Application Support / SQL Support roles.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
