Role Description

You will handle various administrative tasks, including maintaining records, providing technical support to internal teams, managing tickets and queires of users.

The role also involves answering phone calls, assisting teams with technical support.

Qualifications

• Strong Administrative Assistance and technical skills to manage documents, records, and office operations effectively.
• Proficiency in and handling complex queries.
• Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to facilitate professional interactions and maintain a positive impression.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic office software and administrative tools is an advantage.
• Any prior experience in administrative support roles is a plus but not mandatory.
